Templates save you from rebuilding the same report over and over. Build a library of reusable documents with merge fields that fill themselves in, add your logo and footer, and reach for them any time you need a client-ready deliverable.
Open templates
In Reports, open Report templates and click New template. You can also start from the public Templates library on our site and paste one in.
Write with merge fields
Write your title and body, dropping in merge fields like the business name or your brand name. When you generate a report, each one fills those in per business - specific at scale.
Tip: Add your logo and footer once; every template built on it stays on-brand.
Generate with AI
Short on time? Use Generate with AI to draft a template from a quick prompt, then edit it to taste. It's a fast way to fill your library.
Save and reuse
Save the template and it's available whenever you build a report. Duplicate and tweak it to spin up variations for different services or client types.
