What's your refund policy?

Refunds are available within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you've used less than 5% of that cycle's points. Because points map directly to real AI and API costs we incur the moment you spend them, we can't refund once you're past 7 days or above 5% usage. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

What are points and how do they work?

Points are the in-app currency you spend on AI and API actions - finding businesses, enriching leads, generating outreach, scoring opportunities and more. Each plan includes a monthly points allowance, and different actions cost different amounts. Simple searches cost very little; heavy AI enrichment costs more. You only pay for what you actually use.

What happens when I run out of points?

Your points refresh at the start of every billing cycle. If you run low before then, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time for a larger monthly allowance - the change takes effect immediately.

Do unused points roll over?

Accepted Answer

No - points reset at the beginning of each billing cycle so every plan starts fresh each month. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yearly billing is billed once per year and works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly (about 17% off). You get the same points and features either way - yearly just costs less overall. You can switch billing intervals from Settings.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like from Settings - no phone calls, no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is checkout secure and what payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by LemonSqueezy, our secure merchant of record, which accepts major credit and debit cards. All prices are in USD. Your card details are processed by LemonSqueezy and never touch our servers.
