We'll email you a link
If you can't remember your password, you don't need support - you can reset it yourself. Leadiy emails you a secure, single-use link that expires shortly after it's sent, so your account stays protected the whole time.
Click "Forgot password"
On the login page, click the Forgot password? link. You'll land on a simple page that asks only for your email address.
Enter your email
Type the email associated with your account and press Send reset link. For your security, we show the same confirmation message whether or not an account exists - so nobody can use this page to discover which emails are registered.
Check your inbox
Within a minute you'll receive an email with a Reset password button. Open it and click through. If it's not in your inbox, check spam or promotions, and make sure you used the right address.
Tip: The link is single-use and time-limited. If it expires, just request a new one.
Set a new password
The link opens a page where you enter your new password twice. Choose something you haven't used before, with at least 8 characters.
Once saved, the reset link is consumed and can't be used again - a key part of keeping your account safe.
Sign in again
You'll be sent back to the login page. Sign in with your email and the new password, and you're back in with everything intact.
