New template
Templates save you from rewriting the same email over and over. Build a library of reusable messages with merge fields that personalize automatically, add your logo and footer, and reach for them any time you launch a campaign.
Open templates
In Campaign Center, open Email templates and click New template. You can also start from the public Templates library on our site and paste one in.
Write with merge fields
Write your subject and body, dropping in merge fields like the business name or your sender name. When a campaign sends, each email fills those in per recipient - personal at scale.
Tip: Add your logo and footer once; every template built on it stays on-brand.
Generate with AI
Short on time? Use Generate with AI to draft a template from a quick prompt, then edit it to taste. It's a fast way to fill your library.
Save and reuse
Save the template and it's available whenever you build a campaign. Duplicate and tweak it to spin up variations for different audiences.
