Quick setup
Your sender profile fills in the personal details Leadiy drops into emails automatically - your name, business name and signature. Setting it once means every template and AI-generated message is ready to send without manual editing.
Open sender profile
In Settings, open the Sender profile section. These details are separate from your SMTP connection - SMTP is how mail is sent, the sender profile is who it appears to be from.
Add your details
Fill in your sender name, business name and a short signature. These map to merge fields like your name and company, which templates and AI outreach insert for you automatically.
Tip: Keep your signature short - a name, title and one link works best in cold outreach.
Save
Click Save. From now on, every template and AI draft is pre-filled with your details, so you spend your time on the message, not the boilerplate.
